The grounds for disqualification as a company secretary are:

· If the practicing certificate issued by the government bodies are not proper or cease to exist for any reason the disqualification would happen,

· If the person has un-discharged bankruptcy they are disqualified,

· If the person appointed as the CS is performing anything unethical or hiding any information to the one who needs it like Government bodies, the disqualification may occur.

· If the permit is revoked for the secretaries’ discharge of duties but they continue it’s a Legal matter of crime under the national laws.
