In my views, the current laws are not sufficient to protect employees in the Canada. Many times, we heard that employees even don't know their terms of employment or rights. Employers have more options to hire domestic as well as overseas employees. Canadian workplace’s laws still seeking strong amendments for security laws, equal opportunity, better pay and due recognition.

People have raised their voice to control the illegal acts by the employers across the Canada. Both Employment Standards Act and the Labour Relations Act should be revised for making them so comprehensive to cover the challenges faced by employees at the workplace.
