With the betterment and advancement of business strategies and approach technology is playing an important role and various software programs are being used in presenting factors and aspects as well. I believe that with high level of competition it is better to use software when there is a competition to clinch a deal involving more than one bidder where these presentation skills will actually help the bidders get a competitive advantage and may help them in even clinching the deal as well. I believe that these programs will become more and more important with time with the advancement gradually.
