1. Sustainability reporting needs be done on timely basis in clearly stating the company’s initiatives towards sustainability and various measures that project the firm’s sustainability results. This can be the face of reporting firm's initiatives to all the stakeholders.

2. Firm should allocate a percentage of its budget on every new project towards sustainability and corporate social responsibility thus depicting the firm's pledge towards the same.

3. Firm needs to consider key stakeholders' decisions in any major project which is expected to impact the stakeholders.

4. Firm needs to consider overall stakeholder perspective in their processes i.e.use sustainable design and materials including packaging etc., employing processes that use lesser energy and emit low on carbon etc.

5. Firm needs to involve in CSR activities using a dedicated budget every year and publishing Sustainability reports
