Answer #1

It is not easy to fire an experienced or even a new doctor without a strong reason. Some of the patients might not be happy with the treatment provided or the treatment provided might not have a positive impact on the health of the patient. For these reasons, the hospital cannot fire a doctor. People become doctors with a lot of dedication and hard work and also they are very responsible individuals. They will be aware of the right actions or treatment they need to provide and for the same reason in some of the cultures doctors are considered as gods. But if a doctor commits a serious mistake that can put the life of a patient in danger or if the patient dies because of that then the hospital can fire the doctor. They will not fire directly and usually, they will be warned to correct their behavior and also the practice. The hospital will just try to console the patients and give them the valid reason for whatever has happened to them. Patients will talk in the heat of the moment and the hospital will need to make them understand the situation. Usually, this does not happen often and the doctors are always very responsible in their work.
