Central Statistical Bureau does all of its transactions manually ( paper based system ), even the signatures and asking for a vacation is done manually by printing papers. An IS team want to make a computer based system that does all of the transactions and signatures in a computer rather than wasting papers and time.

For the planning phase of the project, provide the DFD for the manual system ( the paper based system ) in the Bureau.
