Answer #1

The some of the important question to be asked regarding the incentives are:

  • Is the incentive performance based?
  • Is the incentive paid monthly or quarterly?
  • Is the incentive capped or uncapped?
  • What are the factors considered while deciding the incentives?
  • Does the incentive depend on the performance of my team?

The incentives package I would like to have is:

The incentives should be paid monthly and it should be performance based. The incentives should be uncapped and should allow me to earn more based on my performance. Have two separate incentives for the personal performance and also for the performance of the team I am handling.
