From the perspective of operation management the input in Tesla,Inc is the various resources which the company uses which include raw materials like lithium ion based batteries which are rechargeable, all the different parts of car accessories such as car tyres, electronic engine, battery operated air conditioner and the output is the electronic cars which the company is producing in order to make battery operated electric vehicles.
