Think about the last event you had to plan for either at work or in your personal life. Did you have a process? How did having or not having a process impact the outcome of the event? Using outside research on formal planning strategies, please share a few ideas on how to improve your current process.
While planning for an event we need to have a process . Having a specific process helps us plan things which will help us in avoiding confusion. Things go well and everything will be perfect at the time of the event. If we do not have a process everything gets mixed up and we do not have a record of what is already done and what needs to be done which will be a wastage of time and money. When we conduct more events we gain experience and correct ourselves from the faults in each event and eventually improve our current process .We need to maintain a record of all our positives and negatives from each event and must try to work ont he negatives. We can improve our negatives in the next event .
