Yes, I would definitely develop a code of business conduct no matter how small my business is. Simply because the business code of conduct will guide my employees on how to deal with difficult ethical situations related to my business. I will need to enter the following variables in my code. He will deal with bribes, sales and work life balance. This will cover the grievance procedure and give my employees a way to get advice on ethical issues or potential issues.
