A strong company culture of trust and integrity is very important because in organizations there are many types of employees working together and usually they comes from different cultural backgrounds and have their own sets of values, beliefs and norms. Therefore elements of a strong company culture are followings -

  1. An uniformity in company culture: A common and strong company culture for all the employees of the organization is good for the company and it develop trust and respect for the company’s vision and mission. Organizational culture is important because it unite the organization, build loyalty and trust among employees. Therefore to avoid any kind of conflict between them and to develop uniformity in the organization, it is better for the company to have their own sets of values, beliefs and norms. Examples of such company culture are almost all successful multinational companies.
  2. Uniqueness of the company culture with shared values: The strong culture of an organization is a tool to build more capable organization by emphasizing on the uniqueness of the culture and creating shared values and identity to build a brand image of the organization. Examples of such company culture are Apple Inc., Wal-Mart etc.
  3. Unity and loyalty among the employees: The strong company culture creates unity and loyalty among the employees and make them more dedicated employee of the organization. Therefore focusing on the culture one can also give the direction and competitive environment to the organization which will make it more capable. Examples of such company culture are Apple Inc., Tesla Motors etc.

For success of a business it is very important to have a strong company culture of trust and integrity and it will help to maintain competitive advantage of a company in long run.
