Yes, I do agree with Mark Zuckerberg's opinion on managing team dynamics as its giving chances to under graduates students to share their ideas in order to build something innivative and new for the tech world.

Team dynamics by Mark Zuckerberg are unique to only Gen Y or to teams working in the technology field as it makes us feels umpowered to change the environment. Makes the world to think that only expreinced guys are not going to bring the change in this new era like the President of Russia who's just age of 29 when he got appointed to this post. It adds diversity in the work culture and in working environment too which helps in making work/life balance.As new people with new ideas always got connected to technology searching for something new brings new and great ideas.
