The leader that I admire and look forward as an idol belongs to one of those rare genre of leaders who have transformed the way people think with the help of technology, idea and design concepts that people could not even imagine. Yes, you have guessed it right, it is Steve Jobs the co founder of Apple, Inc. who with his design and oratory skills made and introduced products that have been a revolution. Presentation and communication skills had been a key for him and he has used that to the fullest and made various possible efforts to make the products successful.

He was not a technical person but he was aware what the consumers desire and therefore the design was based on that. I believe that inspite of various limitations he was successful because of a business mind and the ability to execute what he thought of and hence was such an effective leader in the industry.
