History said, the bloodiest Civil War of America in the year April 12,1861;when the Confederate shore batteries under Gen.PGT Beauregard open fired on union held island Fort Sumter in South Carolina's Chrlston Bay.After this blood birth open firing on April 13 U.S. Major Robert Anderson, commander of Union garrison was surrendered.Meanwhile twodays later,US President Abraham Lincoln issued a proclaimation calling from 75000 voluntere soldiers to help the southern insurrection.Consecutive four year of blood bath civil war came to end,the Confederacy was defeated by costing of life of 620000 union and confederarate death. The surrender agreement signed by the commander of West Mississippi named Gen.Edmund Kirby Smith in the year 1865.The condition after war in the U.S.,so many key events taken place that Black Codes started by southern legislature tries to force freed people into quasi slavery in the year 1865.Side b side the next major event was the bloody race riots taken place in the year 1866 called Memphis and New Orleans Riots that convince northeners to abandon Johnson's postwar reconstruction policies.Apparently,in the year 1867 The Military Reconstruction Act implemeted by the Congress that devides ten southern states into five military districts. Also 14th Amendment was done in the year 1868,Congressmen done reconstruction of changing and establish equal rights for all.Simulteneously 15th Amendment was done in thde year 1870,that the Georgia expelled its legislature of black members and passess the amendment by giving guaranty to the citizen's right to vote can not be restricted by race. After that in the year 1875,the supreme court decides that citizenship does not convey the right to vote, effectively and denying the vote to women that leads the Minor verses Happersett. The election done in the year 1876 the White democrats retakes the South and in 1890 and the beyond that States across the Union restricts suffrage on ground.

After the Union victory in Civil War the political and legal changes was done like some amendment like; the abolition of slavery in 13th Amendment, the granting of equal citizenship by 14th Amendment and voting rights by 15th Amendment to former slaves, all within a period of five years.

According to the history of Civil War that brought many changes in the constitution and reforms towards the derelicts and the poor and also protections civil rights. But today its highly require that our constitution was ruined by the corrupt politicians so need changes and in protection of democracy and constuitiona right of the people.

According to McPherson, many points taken to consideration that Confederate histriography was full of blame game, and why civil war soldiers fought did so in an intellectual world where America's bureaucratically organized military had gone to war against the ethical relativism of fascism. The confederates honestly worked hard to get their feelings accurately down on the paper, sometimes even they had trouble figuring out   and quarreled with messmates; captors challenged their prisoners' ideas. While the northerners insisted they fought only for a legal principle, preservation of the government, Confederates would not believe it. [4] And the sheer volume of writing challenges easy conclusions. So these are some key points mentioned among other points related to the Civil War.
