Does the CEO spouse always have to be responsible for the creation of a trusting environment in the business-owning family?
I don’t think that the CEO spouse should always have to be responsible for the creation of a trusting environment in the business-owning family. Because even in the business-owning family, it is not mandatory that the CEO spouse would have any role to play in the day-to-day operation of the business. Creating a trusting environment is always the primary responsibility of the CEO. The CEO spouse can be held responsible only if he or she is engaged in the same business. In case, he or she is not, then the CEO spouse has no such responsibility.
