The agile development will resemble the current system development model we use but allows it to be condensed into smaller parts for faster results. Using this method, will allow us to both cut costs and have a working system in place within the timeline requested. Also, having all resources there for the project will allow real-time decisions and any implements can be added to the project as it progresses, cutting down on costs, rework and additional resources needed. We are convinced with the decision made and are very excited of the devotion of our company to expand into new regions quickly.
