The system is an example of the information deficiency due to seller / partner integration. It seems that there is no guidelines, procedures and systems in place for sharing of information between the independant sellers ( who were brought together on board by mens of acquisition), and the organisation. As they are now the part of company, they need to be integrated with means of a system that can facilitate the exchange of information about sales, supplies, stocks, requirement trends and other aspects of the business to make the processes more visible, transparent and efficient, making it easy to take strategic business decisions and remain competitive.
