Toulmin Model of Argumentation: This is an informal method of reasoning and this was created by a famous British philosopher Stephen Toulmin 1950. It show the major five components of the argument as below

• Claim,
• Data,
• Warrant,
• Qualifier,
• Rebuttal.

Three arguments which contains five parts of the arguments as per Toulmin Model of argumentation.

• Hard working students perform better in most of the life situations because of their habit of hard work.

• Student’s habit and nature is inherent to their parents and they have similarities in the performance with their respect to their parents.

• Student’s attitude and character are highly interrelated with their parents and mostly similar to their parents.

These three arguments contain the five below parts of the argument as Data (background), claim, warrant, qualifier and rebuttal.
