Following are the strategies adopted to overcome the resistance to the chnages----------------

1. First i should try to resolve the conflict quickly and effectively , effective steps should be taken to resolve the conflict with the employees, and also encourage openness and honesty and engender an environment of mutual trust and respect.

2. I should structure the team to maximise its potential. i should give team memeber appropriate role and responsibility to use their skill to the best of their advantages.

3. I should also set challenges that are achivable and clearly guide to the employee about the goals and targets. goal should be seen as progressive and in line with values and belief.

4. I should also communicate with the employees about the reason for change.

5. provide proper training to the employees so that they can easily adopt the new changes.
