Answer #1

A diverse workforce consists of major recruits from all over the country that poses unique skill set, goals and ambitions and when combined with other similar yet dynamic individuals, help create an inherent advantage for the company. Usually, we can see that a diverse workforce provides all sorts of advantages in form diverse skill pool, unique problem solving abilities which end up in creating a better system for the organization and essentially, provides the company an advantage over the competition in the market. To better recruit diverse workforce, the criteria need to be set in order to allow a broader range of skill set to be selected. This can also benefit from the use of technology as well as experience of the HR department.

While managing any workforce is challenging, a diversef workforce can however, create more problems for the management in terms of team building as well as collaboration due to the degree of variance of skill and skill level between the individuals. This is therefore necessary for the management to be able to successfully mitigate any problems or issues between the different groups of individuals as well as allow for a common medium to be generated where the diversity can easily be managed.
