Answer #1

A weak culture creates values in a company that can work against the productivity and sustainability of the company and work against their own values. This is caused due to the fact that culture has its impact deep into the minds of the people. They are influenced by their environment and therefore, in order to successfully integrate good practices with the daily working of the employees, culture needs to be strong and positive. Provide ample opportunities for people to improve their capabilities and values such as ethics and morality are inculcated. A business that has a great workforce, where the turn out is good and also at the same time the practices are necessary to the growth of the company will have a positive edge in this case and a company with weak, negative values of culture and its influence, will have a negative growth and work output in general.
