NOTE : I am answering this question assuming your course is of Operations management. In operations management one important aspect is CHANGE MANAGEMENT.

EXPLANATION:

Organizational change refers to the transition from the present state of the company to future transformation. The organization is changed in such a way that it can be innovative and competitive so that its short-term and long-term goals can be achieved.Managements of change are the mechanism by which change in terms of organization and individual is dealt with stratigely and systematically. This includes the preparation and execution of change management strategies to achieve optimal results. In the company to prevent opposition and positive changes to the desired state, the change management process is very critical.

EXAMPLE:

Challenges in relation to change can be overlooked with proper communication and participation. I worked with the hospital last year to turn the whole computer system of hospitals into a software known as Epic. Epic is a paperless system , which allows for all documentation and other things in the system. For many, especially the organization's elders, this new program was an significant change. During this period, I heard much from colleagues, both negatively and positively, but we handled this organizational change successfully..I had an idea of it because in this course I heard about chnage management. I thougth various benefits and drawbacks. Then I recommended management to have effective training courses. Then nobody would resist change, operated secretly with the organisation and it was quiet beneficial.
