IN today's business era, Communication has become imperative. Every Leader spends 70 to 90% of their communicating with their teams and others at work place. Perfect and precise communication is of vital importance. It is the Leader's communication skill's that motivate and inspire teams to work hard and achieve organisational goals. Effective and accurate communication acts as an advantage for a leader to lead effectively. To achieve professional success, Leaders must be effective and convincing communicators.
Leadership communication has three major aspects - Core, managerial and Corporate. Core communication involves approach, writing and speaking and this is at an individual level.
