The above components need to described for the proposed departmental store to be started for example the history regarding when the store was started and what was the motivation behind starting the store and what it aims to achieve in the long run.The organizational overview would help and enable an intrigued outsider to better evaluate their fit with the store and better comprehend the store's objectives and goals.
