EXPLANATION
Production techniques maximize efficiency and quality by enhancing work, human movement, tool use, workstation setup, material handling, and machinery. Systematic analysis, elimination of unnecessary work and effective performance of the required work are the means of improving working methods with reduced stress, time and cost. Through investing reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively in working processes, high-quality goods are continually generated over a long period of time.
