Answer-

An interactive decision-backing tool, for instance, the healthcare dashboards partake to be the essential tools with regards to outcomes enhancements. That is, they generate provision of vital insights as well as near real-time statistics which help the managers arrive at better decisions on patient care. Therefore, if I were the Corporate HIM Director for Western Healthcare System, my overall evaluation of the dashboard report for the month of March and in specific, the hospitals not meeting several of the best practice standards based on the trends displayed in the data will have to encompass the following; hospitals in the urban region have harder times with regards to achieving the standards. The reason behind such a situation may be, an increased patronage experienced from the clients that may in turn lead to a lesser time to work on standards. According to the trend analysis of performance on Hospitals, Hospital C does not portray the best standards with regards to the percentage of chart received in the scan days as compared to turnout during scanning days, quality review, and analysis days. Best performing hospitals have 100% turn out in scan days at both Inpatient, same-day surgery, and emergency days and the number of patients recovery is a high of 11.0 for instance Hospital A.
