In the production and manufacturing industry, quality is a static concept. I do agree with this fact. Companies that are in this line of the market are required to be competitive, in order to establish themselves, and, provide them with an edge as far as the other businesses are considered. Not only is that a requirement, but companies have made it so that they keep creating product or material that is superior in quality for it to stand the test of time.
This can be considered as their work ethics as well as the fact that allows them to create a brand in the market which other can trust. Raw materials are the essential component of any business organization be it primary manufactures or intermediary manufacturers which make products for another company (say Intel making chips for Lenovo). There needs to be a standard quality that has been set in place, without the need to have a written contract between the two parties. This can only be provided when the party which takes the role of a manufacturer is equipped, able and willing to go the extra mile for their product to be created with the best quality.
It can, therefore, be said that quality is a static concept in the production and manufacturing industry.
