Answer #1

1. Costco is a store that is open to everyone in the whole world who has a debit card or a PayPal account. It is a wholesaler, which operates on an online platform. The company also follows different rules and regulations that are different from the other online retailing platforms. The company fails to satisfy the clients in terms of service to a considerable extent. The customers do not efficiently trust the company. The company fails to answer the questions of the buyers, and ignore the customer care calls. The consumers also have complaints against the quality of the product. It is because the wholesalers sell a big lot of products to the clients.

2. Customers have negatively rated the company's customer service. The experts also compare the services to Amazon, which is the leading market player in the industry. Hence, the experts also show disappointment with the customer service of the online wholesaler. Moreover, the customer lacks the satisfaction and trust in the company. The company should aim to adopt customer-centric operations to establish itself in the consumer market.

3. The different companies affect the cost and quality of products of their firm. The firms in an industry are dependent on each other. In an oligopoly form of market, if one company raises the prices, the competitor also increases the process and vice versa. Every company works for the profits and productivity. Hence, the companies should analyze companies' effects on each other to maintain a market position.
