The workplace can be proved hostile based on the condition that the employees are in and the kind of indifference or hostility is gathered in the hostile work environment. The 5 aspects of proving a working condition for any hostile work environment to be proven by the employee to the people at large to prove it is hostile. The aspects are:

• Behavior-based on race, gender or color,

• Behavior-based on the religion choice of the employee,

• Behavior-based on the nationality-based aspects of the employees,

• Behavior-based on the person’s sexual orientation and

• Behavior-based on the physical state of the employee like accidents or pregnancy etc.

If an employee can prove that anyone or many of the people in the working environment is behaving inappropriately with them due to the aforesaid reasons, the workplace can be deemed as hostile for the employees.
