Integrity is the quality of an individual to be honest and having a moral and ethical approach in his actions. Though difficult, it is not impossible to attain. The individual must stick to his moral roots to achieve a fair degree of integrity in his life.

In society and workplace, a moderate to fair degree of integrity is usually achieved. the employer wants the employee to be fair and ethical in his approach at the workplace. In society, individuals are expected to exhibit a fair deal of ethical and integral behavior. High degree of integrity is usually followed by people with high religious and ethical conduct.

“Leave the work at work and the parenting at home.” The rationale behind this ideology is to maintain work-life balance. The individuals must have a sense of balance in their lie. The office work must be handled and limited to office and at home, he must spend time with family. It’s not exactly about maintaining 2 identities, we can say that this philosophy is more about maintaining 2 facets of the same identity or personality. Whether at work or at home, the identity remains the same. Its just the objective of conduct gets changed.
