The three principles of general management that can be related to
the covid-19 situations are division of work,accountability and
responsibility, and discipline. Division of work are specialized in
different areas with reference to the covid-19 situation, the
health care workers who were appointed by the government in order
to take care of the prevention of covid-19 must be strictly
followed the instructions and guidance given by them must be
followed by people without any if and but. Accountability and
responsibility is given to people, so that the given instructions
can be follow properly. The people must follow the guidelines given
by the government and they must have the responsibility of
following the social distancing between people, using face mask in
public,regularly using sanitizer and hand wash etc. Discipline is
an important principle of Management which must be applied in the
situation of covid-19. People must be very disciplined in following
the stick guidelines laid down by the government in order to
prevent them from covid-19. The various guidelines are released by
government from point to time and must be strictly followed by
people. As a matter of fact the basic guidelines always the same
but the guidelines which keep on changing is the important step
laid down by government regarding the lock down. The general
measures of lock down is imposed by the government depending upon
the situation of a particular locality. In certain locality, where
there are cases of people suffering from covid-19 lock down is
imposed and the entire area is declared as a cantonment area in
which the movement of people from one place to another is strictly
prohibited.
