ES = The latest EF of the precedence activities ( (Which is directly dependent on each other)

EF = ES + Duration

For the last activity ES = LS and EF = LF

now work backward

LF = Earliest LS of the following activities (Which is directly dependent on each other)

LS = LF - Duration

All activities are critical for which ES = LS
