Is the Alternative Party a good example of catalytic innovation -  why, why not?

Catalytic innovation is that type of disruptive innovation that focuses upon the social change aspect. In this regard, Alternative Party of Turkey could be considered as a good example of catalytic innovation because of its liberal ideology and for being initially led by the person who was himself convicted for crimes like murder and forgery. The party works for the conversion of fiscal valuations such as reduction of taxes in the economy. Besides, their ideology also supports pro-Europeanism. The efforts taken in the direction of social change makes it thus a good example of catalytic innovation.
