The business ethics makes it a point that the privacy of the people and the challenges of the security of the users of Skype are been maintained. The ethical issues that Skype poses are:

· The Android and IOS users have found a cross-site scripting vulnerability which is not a safe way to be confident about it,

· The theft of private information and chats of individuals can be hacked by the criminals to use it for some unethical purpose,

· The ethics say the user’s privacy is key for such a technology that is voice and video chat platform. The US government has proposed to record all the Skype chats which are an intrusion of the user's privacy by another person or body,

· The social and ethical norms of communications have been changed by Skype post-2011 when Microsoft acquired it.

· The problem of social gathering is there but the use of Skype has made people living next door to be online to communicate these days which are a social behavior change which it brought.

The use of the information by others which is prone to theft is a problem along with the ability of the business to give the people a chance to communicate virtually that has made the social physical bonds lesser these days among the users.
