a) When engaging in international business , we need to study the local culture and requirements of people of that country or region and customise out product accordingly. If this is not done the product will not be acceped by local customers and hence all our effort goes wasted. Hecne local customs need to be followed inorder to be successful in doing business in that region.

b) The primary fi=unction of the company will be to earn possible earning for the benefit of shareholders who put their investments trusting the compnay and then it can focus on ethical issues for general good. It first need to increase it's shareholder value to withstand so that it can do some good to soceity also .

c)The employer must never request passwords of employees as they are their personla accounts and no employer will have right to disturbt he personal life of employees. The l=only concern for the employers must be the behavious of employees during work hours.
