Answer #1

This happen due to peak travelling time and hrs during holidays or some special timings of travel. Major airline which is preferred by many people get ample of the passenger during peak season and thus very crowded terminals but during normal timings the rush seems to be as usual.

Proper management and planning is the ultimate solution to this. Airport authority and travel airlines should prepare in advance for the peak timings, analyses the potential rush before it actually started, proper ground staff management should be implemented to tackle the rush, extra counters and facilities should be there.
