I am fond of Colgate Palmolive as a Company and prefer to use most of its product in Oral care, Home care and Personal care segment. The electronic media has drastically changed my relationship with the Company. To get any information or for any queries, I drop a mail to their customer care id and get the revert within 24 hours. The Company is highly active in social media sites like Twitter, Facebook etc. The launch of any new product was through newspaper or hoarding mainly in past. But now days, the product teasers are all over the site including television. Company even organizes competitions and happily takes part to win free gift hampers. The website of Company is also dynamic and updated on timely manner which helps to fetch all essential details including organizational structure, people involves, shareholder meeting, new product launch, Oral care essentials etc.

Thus, I feel, electronic media has greatly increased by engagement level with the Company.
