Answer:- Company policies and procedures for:-
1) Hiring:- The hiring procedure starts with the identification of job requirements and ends with providing an offer letter to the selected candidates. While hiring the company follows a few steps to find the best new employees. To achieve this recruiter can check if the employee is qualified or fit for the job through the interview, phone screening, assignments, background verification, etc.
2) Firing:-The employee policies have certain procedures that should be followed and enforced evenly. These policies describe things such as workplace safety, discrimination, harassment policies and other appropriate employee behaviors. And if the employee violates any of these rules then they can be fired or terminated from the company.
3) Promoting:- Promotion policy sets out procedures for employee development within the company. So depending on the factors such as employee performance level, experience, talents, qualifications, and other profitable factors an employee can be promoted.
4) Paying:- The paying policies highlight the paying procedure. The employees must be paid depending on their performance level and experience. There should be a fair payment policy.
The most important moral principle for a company are:-
1)They must be honest and trustworthy.
2) Committed to fairness in everything like employee wages, admit if they are wrong and willing not to take any undue advantages of others' mistakes.
3) Treat everyone with respect.
