What is your view of the political components of administrative power? Can politics be avoided in the agency struggle for survival?

It is to be primarily noted that Administrative power impact Political and Economic Development in any given county. Administrative power further helps in retaliating against the ones who do not comply with the choices of the Policies or to reduce the power of the ‘Choice-makers’ to strike back against them. In this regard, I think political components form a significant part in the administrative power and more often than not, it cannot be even avoided in the agency that is struggling for survival because in cases where the survival itself is at question, more speculations in the movements of the Agency shall only invite more Political play in the scenario.
