Can you give an example(s) of any circumstances where deferring conflict might be a wise course of action?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

To resolve a conflict effectively it is essential to have enough time so that the nature of the conflict can be analysed and an effective solution to the conflict can be found. In a situation when sufficient time is not available, it is wise to defer the conflict so that the conflict can be addressed in the future when sufficient time is available.

For example : - It is wise to defer a conflict when a project is approaching its deadline as it can affect the completion of the project.
