Effective recruitment: The business is dependent on its Human resources so the best man at the best place is what the business needs. The best way the strategic recruitment can be done is to get the best assets and build them for the long term so the business gets the best from such employees and vice versa.

Attracting Talents: The people of the organization can be attracted to the best of offers to show their skills and competence for the business to all. Hence, talent attraction is best used to attract talents from across the globe.

Generate the needed Diversity: The diversity for the business and the pool of talent that it has had to have the diversity in the modern-day business when the global structures are in place. The SHRM is best placed to keep the needed diversity in the business which is best achieved through the recruitment and employee development processes.

Workplace Issues: The issue of the workplace is to be resolved to keep all happy and contained in the business for the best of business outcomes. This keeps the diversity and workplace integrity at its peak for business gains.

Training: The way the SHRM develops the talents within resolves many of its issues alongside give the business the competence where the training and development are key issues in it.

The ways the SHRM can develop the competence of the business are many and needs a lot of long terms and market knowledge to know the competence of the SHRM strategies.
