Answer #1

Yes, I have considered myself as the other party and considered their thoughts , ideas as well as suggestions. If given a chance to be another party I will try and listen to all the suggestions and ideas but will take in to consideration only the ideas and suggestion that might be helpful in adjusting the task.Like for instance, I might have been given a task for producing 100 pieces of shirts in one day at lowest cost. There are various strategies that I will consider, for example , I can choose to produce the shirts using machinery, manually or by purchasing the semi-finished materials of shirts and producing them completely. The First and third strategy will increase the cost. So,, I will adopt the second strategy that is producing the shirts by machines. There are various steps that can be followed to produce the shirts by machine:

1. buy raw material/ thread

2. making cloth out of thread

3. colouring the cloth

4. cutting the cloth according to shirts design and size

5. stitching the material

6. ironing the shirt

7. Final step will be labelling and packing

I will give the step list to the machine operator and the connecting departments. The work will be completed on time and will lowest possible cost with our team work efforts.
