Answer #1

In Project Management, Technical constraints are those constraints that are formed while the actual implementation takes place in a process. For example, in a task where the successor’s activity is dependent upon the completion of the predecessor’s activity, then in such a case, technical constraints could lead to such unique requirements that could be typical to a critical resource that could impact the task of the successor. Another example of Technical constraints would be the use of outdated software in the process that makes the activity slow thereby affecting the successor’s task in spite of there being no need for the successor to use or apply that software in its activity as in the case of its predecessor’s requirements. In such cases, a constraint may certainly be enough to overcome an operation.
