Political activity plays a huge role in the success of a business. It is important for businesses to be up to date with the change in the political climate that is running in the country their business resides in. these changes could include drastic impact to trade laws, import-export taxes, new labour and healthcare regulations, foreign practices such as antitrust policies as well as the general functioning of the environment the business is a part of is changed. This can be considered as the reason why some businesses lose their advantage in the sense that their detachment from the political activity of a country does not allow them the advantage of oversight and could essentially mean that they are not prepared for the changes that could be thrown their way. It is, therefore, a good practice to indulge in information that pertains to politics especially when your business is on the line
