A leader who has acted ethically in all of his action can only be an effective and a great leader without a doubt. The success of leadership is not decided based on the results achieved but based on the positive influence he will have on followers. A true leader will always lead by example and if a leader is following the right ethics then he will show his followers why they should follow him. Being ethical will make him more effective because he is not answerable to anyone and does not have to worry about any wrongdoing. He will also be very powerful because of the integrity and commitment he has shown towards his work. He will become a role model for others in the company and keep inspiring people. He will also, in turn, gain a number of followers because of his ethical behavior. The company will also identify his quality work and also promote him to a better position where he can make an even bigger impact on the employees of the company.
