Customer service can be described as any step which allows a company to provide value to its customers, cater to their needs and help them with the basic use and understanding of the project. We can see that businesses invest a considerable amount of time and resources, in order to build better value for their customers, in turn creating brand value and brand loyalty by the customers. Companies have/need to have strict policies regarding customer interaction and how it can be regulated, properly maintained in order to make it clear for the businesses which direction they need to take in order to provide the best value to their customers.
