The New Belgium brewing company is faced with ethical issues which sprung about due to their negligence of the sustainability of the environment, their core beliefs, and social and cultural values that it follows. The ethical implications on NBB have allowed the company to follow environmentally secure processes which minimize the damage they create to the environment, to a point where they have created a green initiative which has allowed them to successfully work towards the issue of environmental sustainability. We can also see that they have a cultural point of view which limited the consumption of its product by the local people only. Such views have however changed in today and they have opened up their doors to American beer drinkers as well.

All the changes NBB employs sometimes even cost the company a large number of their profits but the company has made it very clear that they will do whatever it takes to complete their ethical duties for the business, environment as well as for themselves.
