1. The answer to the question is a subjective one. Based on the relevant data, we can assume that people would consume alcohol in good faith and would not cause any disruption during the game. In this case, the serving of alcohol at athletic events should be allowed. In any other case, the decision is reversed.

It should also be noted that alcohol should only be served at professional level events due to the fact that it has an effect on the players as well who might be underage and could be influenced in trying alcohol.

2. In this case, both the options necessarily provide almost the same result. All-you-can-eat seats offer a larger number of customers but also requires a greater amount of food served while at the same time, value menus attract less amount of customers but also require less amount of food in order to make a profit. If we consider an event which will have a large number of attendants, say like a racecar event, we should prefer all-you-can-eat seats or at an event where there is a less number of potential customers, like an auction, we should offer a value menu based service in order to gain maximum profit.
