Discuss the considerations in strategic choice, including the typical stages of he MNC and the need for long-terms global perspective. PLease answer in 200 WORDS!!!

The consideration in strategic choice is to first analyse the planning, scope and reason as to why such choices has to be made or such startegy model be choosen based on the MNC need and objective. then revisiting the company objective and any plans already made strategy and involving all stakeholders in t making strategy choice. Also the the startegic choice must be adaptive to the present situation and viability.The startegic choice must involve all factors associated with the comapny and pro and cons and involve the direct disscussion on the same by the responsible representative. The mission and vision that is the memorandum of association has to be looked into to be in consideration in startegic choice.
