Through this objective, companies introduce their products to the customers to increase awareness of the product, its features and specifications, pricing etc. The intent of this objective is to ensure customers recognize the existence of the product in the first place.
Persuade
Once the customers are well-informed of a specific product, they need to be persuaded to make a buying decision. Hence, firms use persuasive advertisements to highlight how the brand/product is much better compared to its competitior products by highlighting the product features and quality, pricing etc. to persuade the customers.
Remind
Once the customers are used to the product, it is important that they are reminded of the existence and usage of the product every now and then to ensure the customers stay away from the newer and competitor products in the market. Reminder advertisements just remind the customers of the product by repeating a similar message they used in the past.
